Our Talent hunt & Dr. Hari sir Talk on 11/02/21
Today is an important day because our talent hunt is conducted afternoon. We all are much more tensed about that. Especially me., I'm a new student and didn't get more time to practice. As usual I go to class, principal come and says that today is an induction class by Dr. Hari sir.
Dr. Hari sir A good motivator and Excellent speaker....He was a full pack of all qualities....and he tech about how to become a good teacher, and how to catch attention of a children .

Understand where you are ..
Understanding the concept before teaching...
The personality of a teacher/ learner...
From Energisers....listening providing contents through allegories....the learners will start to transform.
The curriculum,syllabus,text,lesson plan, class, learning: input and output..... All these concepts were taught well with so many activities like students' involvements, songs, interactions.... He make 3 hours as 3 minutes...that make the class more interesting.A teacher should have A S M I L E .

We need his classes more....and more. But the limitations of time he take last portions fastly. After that, as a feedback our Albin brother dedicated a poem to Hari sir.ends the induction class...
Then we are going to practice programs because today talent hunt program was conducted by our department and English department.
